Obviously, you wish to do something productive with these custom cardboard boxes, but you are unable to find a way out. Just scroll the internet and you will find unlimited ways to utilize the custom boxes. One of the interesting ways is to make kid's toys and for them, you definitely require some storage. Never throw these attractive custom printed boxes in a bin. Turn them into a cool and up-cycled toy storage box for your children.  You can engage your children with you to create beautiful toy storage out of these custom boxes without incurring a single penny. Materials Needed:

·         Hot Glue

·         Cardboard

·         Wrapping paper or a Fabric

·         Paints

·         Duct Tape

Step 1: Get Some Cardboard!

Cardboard boxes are the easiest thing to find out. Look up your storeroom you will find a number of custom packaging boxes lying around you. Pick one of your desired sizes. If you want to make large toy storage, you require a cardboard box which is large in size. If you find, it's well and good. Otherwise ask your friends, go to a recycling center or visit any local shop. There is another option. Take some pieces of cardboard and glue them together to make a cardboard box. Since cardboard is a thick and strong material so a strong adhesive is required to fix it properly. The hot glue gun is a good choice.

Step 2: Make Dividers and Glue Them Together

Once your cardboard box is ready, it's the time to make dividers. A toy box with dividers works well. It allows you to store different type of toys separately. This will not mess them up and they could be easily found by your kid. You can use any of the old custom boxes to make dividers. Cut them according to the width and height of the box, so that they may fit in easily. Apply hot glue to the dividers and bottom of the box. Fix the divider and hold it for a minute until it dries. Repeat the process to make as many dividers as you want.

Step 3: Add a Lid (Optional)

If you do not want your stuff to fly around when the box moves, make a lid for the box. The lid should be of the same size as that of the base of the box. Use a thinner cardboard for this purpose. It's your choice whether you want to attach it to the box or keep it separate. If you want to attach, use a duct-tape for this purpose.

Step 4: Cover it

Once your toy storage box is ready, you can cover it with any wrapping paper or a fabric. A decorative paper also works well. This gives a neat and attractive look to the toy box and no one can judge that you have made it from old cardboard boxes.

Step 5: Paint!

If you do not want to cover your box another option is to paint it in a colorful way. Allow your kids to make beautiful patterns on it. This would be something which your children enjoy. Let the paint dry. Put all the toys in it. It will make a perfect storage box to organize your toys.
